How do I reserve a date for my party?
To reserve your date come in or call Imaguration. Tell us what date and time you would like to have your party on. If your date is available we will require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve it for you.
Is there a contract for parties?
There is a contract for themed parties due to the amount of detail involve in planning for the special event. The contract can be started over the phone if needed and sent via mail for reveiw and signatures. Un-themed playground parties do not require a contract. However, a non-refundable deposit is still required to reserve the date along with an information sheet.
What if I want a party you do not offer?
If there is a party you want that we do not offer ask us if we can accomodate. We will develop a party theme if requested for no additional charge. If we are able to accomodate we will let you know as soon as possible.
If I have a themed party can I also use the playground?
Yes. To add the use of the playground to a themed party we charge an additional $45.00 for a basis party of 10 children.
What if the number of children I reserved for do not attend the party? Do I get a refund?
No. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund of this type. However, if you have reserved for a party of 11 and only 9 attend you are welcome to take the 2 party favors that were not given out to the absent children.
PLAYGROUND QUESTIONS
Do I need socks to go into the playground area?
Yes. Sock are a must have. There are no shoes allowed on the carpeted area or in the playgournd unit itself. This is to help keep the playground looking new and in good repair. It is also for health and safety purposes. If your child goes into the sand box and wants to remove their socks this is allowed. Once exited the sandbox their socks must be put back on. If you forget socks we sell them for $1.00 a pair at the counter.
Can I drop my child off and leave?
No. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Imaguration does offer programs that allows parents to drop their child off and leave. These are prescheduled session and require reservations.
Can I eat in the playground area?
There is no food or drink allowed in the playground area except for water.
Do you charge for infants?
There is no charge for children under the age of 1.
Can I come back after I leave and not pay?
Unfortunately our fee is for 1 visit only. If you come and stay for 2 hour, leave and return later in the day, you must pay an additional fee.
I am not having children at my wedding but a lot of the guests have children and are from out of town. What can I do?
Imaguration will not only come to wedding and reception sites, we are also available at the guest hotel. To provide a safe environment for the children of the guests Imaguration can come to the hotel as the designated location or in a separate room at the reception designated by the bride and groom.
Do the guests at the wedding contact the bride to reserve Imaguration's services?
Not always, not only are we hired by the bride and groom but guests can hire us also. Imaguration will provide services in a separate room at the reception or at the guest hotel or home.
My wedding is already expensive. What if I can't afford a service like Imaguration. What will I do with the kids?
An alternative to paying for the expense yourself is passing Imaguration's information along to the guests and have the guests pay for the service themselves. Although you have a lot of expenses for the day such as the facility, DJ, photographer, etc... it is just as important to provide a safe and entertaining environment for the children. Providing this service will enhance everyone's wedding experience greatly by giving you and your guests the chance to relax without worrying about the children.
Should I order a plate for the child coming to the wedding if they are participating in an Imaguration event of their own?
We provide snacks, petite sandwiches, cupcakes and juice for the children to eat. There is no need to purchase a dinner plate for them at the reception.
How do I reserve a date with Imaguration?
Please contact Imaguration for a contract. We only require a $50 deposit. It is highly recommended that you reserve your date as soon as possible to secure the date and to guarantee our current rates.
Is there an age limit?
Weddings and Adult Gatherings: We recommend children age 2 and up. However, children under the age of 2 are welcome with special staffing accommodations to provide them with the best environment.
Children's Birthday Parties: There is no age limit.
How far in advance should I make reservations for a birthday party? And how do I invite the guests?
2 months is recommended to ensure you get the date you want. Imaguration sends themed invitations to the host to give to the guests approximately 3 weeks prior to the party. This is also recommended for baby and bridal shower events.
How far will Imaguration travel for an event?
Imaguration will travel to most destinations. However, destination charges may apply.
I am having a 40th birthday party for my wife. Would Imaguration do an event like that?
Absolutely, a birthday party for adults or a reunion are similar to weddings. Imaguration will provide the same type of service for these events in a location designated by the host.
